Turnaround time for regular items is 2 days
We can provide next day service if items are dropped off by 1pm the previous day. Please let us know at the time of drop off if you need next day service.
Same day service can be provided if dropped off at our main store in Garneau by 10am (8525 109 St).
Specialty items like leathers, wedding gowns, and large household items have a 1-week turnaround time. Rush service can be provided if requested at the time of drop off.
Please note we do not clean on the weekends, so Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the turnaround time. Saturdays we are open for drop off and pick up only, and Sundays we are closed.
Yes, we do everything from minor repairs like sewing on buttons and mending holes, to zipper replacements on coats, and major alterations like lining replacements on blazers and coats, and altering suits and gowns and dresses for a tailored fit.
We have a tailor on site at the Jasper Ave location from Monday to Friday 11am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-4pm.
We have a tailor on site at the Garneau location on Tuesdays, thursdays and Saturdays 9am-5pm.
Yes, we off launder and press service and launder and fold service.
Yes, we can provide press/iron/steam only service for any item. Please let us know if you would like press only service at the time of drop off.
No appointment is necessary. Please drop off or pickup during business hours.
We are not responsible for items left behind for more than 30 days. Customers will be reminded by phone call to pick up any orders that have been left behind past the 30 days.
